1. Commission Rate & Calculation
AYP Tech pays referral partners an official commission rate of 15% on the net profit generated from qualified projects closed with the referred client. Net profit is calculated as the contract amount received minus direct third-party hosting, third-party software licensing, and applicable government taxes.
2. Qualified Client Definition
A referral qualifies if the introduced prospective client is a new customer who has not previously contacted or contracted AYP Tech. Referrals are locked and attributed to your partner profile for a period of 90 days from the date of introduction.
3. Conversion & Payout Milestone
The commission is triggered when the referred client officially executes a project proposal or service agreement with AYP Tech and remits their initial project deposit or milestone payment into AYP Tech's verified bank account.
4. Payout Timeline & Methods
Commissions are disbursed within 7 to 14 business days following cleared receipt of the client's funds. Payments are made directly to your provided payout destination:
- UPI (Instant): Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM UPI ID for Indian partners.
- Direct Bank Transfer: NEFT / IMPS / RTGS to verified Indian bank accounts.
- PayPal / International Wire: For cross-border partners (subject to standard platform transfer fees).
5. Unlimited Referrals & Ongoing Tracking
There is no limit on how many clients you can introduce or the total amount you can earn. All referrals are logged persistently in our backend database, and our team sends real-time WhatsApp and email status updates as deals progress from initial consultation to deal closure.
6. Professional & Ethical Conduct
Partners must represent AYP Tech truthfully and refrain from spamming or unauthorized misrepresentations. Self-referrals (referring your own registered company for a discount) are not eligible for referral commissions.
